Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Support@CushionQuilts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@CushionQuilts.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package using your shipping method of choice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
